Return Policy:
We aim to provide our customers both an excellent shopping experience and superior customer service! We manufacture and source high-quality products to guarantee a satisfactory purchase.
We know that on occasion, we won't be able to fulfill all your expectations. Accordingly, we accept returns and process refunds so you can continue to enjoy shopping with us.
You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 business days of receipt, with the following exceptions:

Damaged (NOT defective) items due to wear and tear

Items that have been altered

Items not in their original packaging
- Items which do not have the original tag
Items described on this list of exceptions won't be accepted for return or exchange.
The return window expires 14 business days after final delivery. Please don't request returns, exchanges, or refunds after 14 business days, as we can't grant them.
If your return is approved, we'll refund the price of the item(s) to the same method you used to pay for your original order.
In the case of an undelivered product due to shipment cancellation, you can usually get a replacement by notifying us via email to info@ChevalUsa.com (See how to reach us below).
Note: we focus on email communications for all business related to orders. Please don't request returns or refunds via Facebook, Instagram, or other social media.
14 Day Returns Warranty for incorrect or defective products
If you have received a defective or wrong product, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Please immediately email us at info@chevalusa.com for a return authorization number and further details of the return process. For such warranty returns, we will cover the mailing costs of the return.
All other Returns (NON Warranty)
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can arrange a refund for you once the products are returned and received by Le Cheval, providing:
- All returns must be notified to Le Cheval via email within 14 business days of you receiving the item
- Returned items must have the original item tag attached
- Returned items must be in their original packaging
- If you wish to return an item, see the details below regarding how to reach us
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item to Le Cheval
- Exchanges are not available
How to Reach Us
Contact us by sending an email to info@chevalusa.com. When emailing us for returns, please provide in the email:
- Your name
- Order number
- SKU information
- Describe the return reason and if there is an issue (e.g. defect), provide relevant details of the issue:
- For warranty returns (defective, incorrect or not-as-described items), please send us a brief description and picture or video to showcase the problem. We will then send you instructions for the return.
- For all other (NON Warranty returns) the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. In this case, it can take 5 to 10 days for a returned item to reach us, depending on the shipping method you choose. Return of funds to you will only be processed once the returned item is received by Le Cheval.
